 VpCI-369 is an oil-based temporary coating that provides extreme corrosion protection in aggressive environments and is one of Cortec’s most-popular wet film corrosion inhibitors. It is an excellent option for protecting auto service parts and heavy equipment components before assembly. Since VpCI-369 is thixotropic, it can be mixed so that the product changes consistency to enhance sprayability for application with an airless sprayer. Once applied, it thickens so that it does not run off the metal. VpCI-369 can be tinted to blue, green, or other custom colors if desired to help workers detect sufficient product coverage.

With its ergonomic slim outer profile for easy and comfortable actuation, the TENDO Platinum V2 is specifically designed for direct clamping the tool. Imbalance correction goes unnoticed and is carefully designed into the body profile. The WHH15X grade features HIPIMS technology for excellent coating adhesion and a high degree of hardness, and AlTiN coating optimized for hard machining; this results in an extremely smooth surface for the best chip removal and high surface quality. This new grade also has an extremely wear-resistant carbide substrate and is available for tools for copy milling and finish milling, such as: the F2234 and F2231 round insert milling cutters, the F2139 profile milling cutter, the M5008 high feed milling cutter, as well as the SDHX, BCGX, and LNHX wiper inserts.

TungForce-Rec is a high-density shoulder milling cutter series with a secure insert clamping system that boasts excellent process security. Carrying all the advantages of the existing size 06 V-bottom inserts, the new size 12 inserts offer an extended cutting edge length that is twice as long as the size 06. The cutter body also features the same rigid design as TungForce-Rec 06, being furnished with a thick core diameter and heavily supported backing behind the insert. These features enable the use of longer insert clamping screws for greater screw-thread engagement security, ensuring tool reliability when used at a high metal removal rate.

This functionality allows the M 310 to be used as a drive unit for the MarWin Easy Roughness Mobile software, enabling another way to interface and control the M 310 while providing the complete functionality of the touchscreen unit on a PC. Direct connection to the PC is available via USB cable or Bluetooth adapter, replacing interface boxes that previously would have been required, and cutting implementation costs by half.

Made4CNC’s first official product, the Safedoor SD100 removes the barriers to the automation of component feeding at machine shops. Safedoor SD100 opens CNC doors that are up to 1 meter wide and weigh 400 kg, at a speed of 500 mm/s. The door opener can connect to any robot and CNC machine make via galvanic insulated digital inputs and outputs.

LHInspect offers a unique range of functions and will be used in conjunction with the WGT series of machines for inspecting all types of gears, gear cutting tools and shaft-type workpieces, including size and position determination. LHInspect also supports the manufacturer-neutral GDE interface for exchanging geometrical and measurement data between gear inspection machines and gear cutting machines as the basis for automated correction of setting data (LHOpenConnect).

Flex Locator System consists of tapered pins and receiving bushings. In combination, these parts are designed to be mounted on fixture bases and plates to allow for highly accurate locating and positioning with repeatability of 0.01 mm. Fastener-receptacle pairs replace nut-and-bolt assembly so that operators swap out fixture plates and other automation components without the use of tools and with excellent repeatability.
