The rectangular power connectors series (CX-8/0) feature safe crimp termination. Compared to other rectangular inserts using the axial screw termination, the CX-8/0 series with crimp technology is more resistant to mechanical stresses such as vibration, shock, and strain on wire strands. When mated, the connection is sealed and gas-tight, thereby preventing corrosion on the metal contacts and performing consistent and efficient connectivity with lower voltage drop. Also, the crimp termination helps to reduce wire termination time and therefore shortens the overall connection time.

Artec Micro’s advanced twin color cameras and blue LED lights are synchronized with the scanner’s dual-axis rotation system to create a digital copy of your object with a minimum of frames captured. In addition, the Smart Scanning mode captures every surface of the object in the least amount of time, using an ideal number of frames.

The front-mount option is available for inclusion on a total of four manual clamps that can be used with both vertical and horizontal handle action. Parylene is the ultimate protective coating, and is used for customers that require protection of equipment, components, and surfaces in a range of end-use applications. Parylene is a hydrophobic polymer which is lightweight and can be applied as an extremely thin homogeneous film. This film is absolutely smooth and totally transparent, and does not cause any unwanted effects such as surface tension and distortion. The coating provides incredible resistance to aggressive media and liquid hydrocarbons, and can also be used as a diffusion barrier to gases.

The APS Automation Cell is capable of delivering abrasive-to-part and part-to-abrasive applications, wet/ dry processing and uses a full range of abrasives such as coated, non-woven, thin wheel, bonded and superabrasives. Equipped with a verified turnkey solution, manufacturers can then contact an automation system integrator to implement the solution. This avoids costly trial and error at the integrator level.

AddForceBarrel uses inserts whose cutting edges have a large-radius arc of either 20 mm (.787″) or 30 mm (1.181″), designed for semi-finish profiling of 3D surfaces. Just like the TungMeister’s barrel milling heads, AddForceBarrel provides much greater engagement area between the cutting edge and workpiece when compared with conventional ballnose end mills. Greater engagement area enables larger stepovers, which improves metal removal rates for reduced number of cutter passes and cycle times.

This AMO speed sensor includes a USB interface which allows the operating status of the spindle to output to the machine control.  This enables the user to record rotational speed, operating time, temperature and more. Put these factors together, and overall performance and uptime expectations are optimized.

Receiving the most extensive quality enhancements is the Model 802-U Manual Clamp. The updates include an upgraded air cylinder that ensures the clamp’s exerting force is less than the maximum holding capacity when operated at normal pressure, which extends service life; new composite bearings on the trunnion mount and cylinder pivot point that eliminate metal-to-metal contact while requiring no lubrication; and a redesigned clevis bolt, along with increased rivet and pre-stop diameters that increase longevity.
