The N-30m2 SSD series is based on industrial-grade 3D TLC NAND and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 °C. The PCIe 4-lane interface follows the PCIe 3.1 specification and provides sequential read and write bandwidths of up to 3,500 MB/s and 3,100 MB/s, respectively. For read and writes, random access achieves more than 475,000 and 525,000 IOPS, respectively.
