Lockable Indexing Plungers GN 814

Lockable indexing plungers GN 814 of stainless steel have the same basic functions as JW Winco’s tried and tested selection of indexing plungers. What’s new is the clever addition of a locking function for greater safety and security. This is accomplished with a lock integrated into the black plastic head. On types A and AK, the plunger pin is secured in the front position by turning the key 180 degrees and removing it.

ES/EM 97 Position Switches

The actuator heads can be easily fastened, replaced or turned in 90o steps with four captive screws. The switching inserts can be removed after opening the screw-free cover – simplifying installation. With these features, steute aims to make its ES/EM 97 series universally applicable throughout the automation industry. Accordingly, it has a wide range of actuators (various fulcrum levers, roller levers, spring rods...) and dimensions to EN 50047, the prevalent standard for automation technology.

RV24 Robotic Gripper

The compact Kurt RV24 Gripper comes standard with integrated electronics featuring sensors that ensure fingers and parts are in place and ready for production. High-strength aluminum alloy keeps gripper weight to a minimum while a hard-coat finish reduces wear and increases life in the field. New gripper size allows for smaller part handling, lighter minimum clamping force and easier storage where space is a premium. The RV24 is designed to work with a range of robotic applications and can perform well on cobots or smaller robots.

5-Axis Machine Vises

The design makes them the ideal solution for machining simple to complicated jobs.  In addition, their unique round design allows for five-sided access to workpieces. The vises occupy less space and reduce the amount of vise interference.

82L-3E Series Power Clamps

When it comes to flawlessly clamping and positioning workpieces, the flexible, adjustable and enclosed 82L-3E Series Power Clamps are the perfect choice for users. Specifically, the 82L-3E’s opening angle can be quickly adjusted with just one tool, which helps guarantee maximum flexibility of use.

GN 860 Series Pneumatic Clamps

The pneumatic clamps of the GN 860 series now have hardened, ground bearing bushings and tempered bearing pins for significantly reduced wear. No meaningful alterations were observed in testing for over 250,000 cycles. Structural reinforcement of the sheet steel housing reduces wear-inducing vibrations during operation, which makes a difference even under lower loads. And, finally, the new one-way restrictor in the cylinder enables smoother travel to extend the lifespan of the piston.

Front-Mount-Base Manual Clamps

The front-mount option is available for inclusion on a total of four manual clamps that can be used with both vertical and horizontal handle action. The two vertical operating models – 2002-UF and 2007-UF – provide enlarged space for manual operations and increased safety. The horizontal versions – models 225-UF and 235-UF – have a flat design that creates space for larger hand clearance, which improves operational safety.

Updates To 800 Series Manual Clamps

Receiving the most extensive quality enhancements is the Model 802-U Manual Clamp. The updates include an upgraded air cylinder that ensures the clamp’s exerting force is less than the maximum holding capacity when operated at normal pressure, which extends service life; new composite bearings on the trunnion mount and cylinder pivot point that eliminate metal-to-metal contact while requiring no lubrication; and a redesigned clevis bolt, along with increased rivet and pre-stop diameters that increase longevity.
