The Mate 52/96 workholding system includes QuickSpecs™, Mate’s unique product identification system. QuickSpecs allows real-time access to critical user data, CAD models and potential integration into business systems. Additionally, the product supports common robotic interfaces and palletizing systems to support factory automation.

Wall Colmonoy presents a superior wear plate with lifetime beyond traditional competitors in the marketplace. ColWear plates are produced using proprietary Colmonoy® nickel and Wallex® cobalt alloys, with optional tungsten carbide. Vacuum-furnace production techniques developed over decades have been used to improve the metallurgical properties of the alloy matrix.

Loaded with features, the compact Kurt RV36 Gripper comes standard with integrated electronics featuring sensors that ensure fingers and parts are in place and ready for production. High-strength aluminum alloy keeps gripper weight to a minimum while a hard-coat finish reduces wear and increases life in the field. Smaller gripper size allows easier storage where space is a premium.

Robots insert workpieces into a milling machine, dispense chocolate bars from vending machines and place crates on pallets, which are then stacked.
