Introduced in early July, the REGO-FIX standardized MQL PG collets are designed for tool shanks according to DIN 69090-3 and available for HSK-A 63 and HSK-E 40 toolholders. They are designed for machines using one-channel, internal through-spindle MQL systems and are beneficial for virtually any machining application.

The PR18 Series incorporates proprietary MEGACOAT NANO EX coating technology, setting a new standard for wear resistance and durability. The PR115S/PR120S series features Kyocera’s new MEGACOAT TOUGH HRSA proprietary coating technology, offering exceptional endurance and maximum tool life for machining heat-resistant super alloys (HRSA). The inserts consist of four distinct layers.

The core components of the machine stayed the same. The spindle columns were repositioned to replace the gantry mechanism. This one change allowed for several previous components to be removed, making the machine more open and maintenance-friendly. The main change is that we have incorporated a Fanuc robot within the machine for the movement of parts.

The Supra Series is an affordable alternative for applications of smaller diameter, long thin parts. The standard iGrind conversational software is ideal for improving programming and set-up times and is easy to learn for first time operators.

The heavy-duty pins provide for positive locking in quick change applications where there is frequent insertion and removal of a fastener. They are designed to be used with  heavy duty receptacles made specifically to pair with the pins. The wedge of the locking pin pushes out the ball against the tapered surface of the receptacle to clamp the two plates.

The hydrostatically guided linear slide units are characterised by high reliability, long-term availability and low service costs. Since these properties exist independently of the service life, the machine end-customer can produce more effectively and economically in the long term.

These hoods are fully compatible with the existing range of "21.21" enclosures and they are particularly suitable for CQ series inserts with a high number of individual conductors. When installed with the sealing kit (CKR-65 or CKR-65D), they provide IP66/67/69 degrees of protection.

The extremely narrow PNOZ m C0 has the structural properties of a safety relay but is as powerful as a configurable safety controller. The BIG CAPTO C3 square holders for turning applications come in left and right orientation. The turning application holders—C3-180-BH16R-2058 and C3-180-BH16L-2058—are mono-block holders. Their insert clamps are tough and reliable, adding on to the already inherently high rigidity of mono-block holders. The resulting higher rigidity minimizes vibrations and movement during cutting, improving accuracy and efficiency.

A circular gas strut bracket enables installation in space-restricted areas, making them ideal for use in applications including automotive, industrial machinery, trunks, toolboxes, and furniture. Designed to suit 10 mm angle joint balls and 4 mm screws, countersunk screw holes remove the potential of catching fingers or material. Protrusion-free screw installation also makes them an ideal aesthetic choice for use in locations such as kitchens. The bracket is supplied in zinc-plated steel, giving durability and resistance to corrosion.

Utilizing ANCA’s machine platforms with a robot cell, blanket grinding offers flexibility across a range of tool sizes and applications. Blanket grinding allows for full automation of tools of similar geometries, by consolidating all tool grinding processes into one single machine. A batch of complete finished tools can be produced without interruption directly from lengths of ground bar stock with no operator intervention.

With the synchro-use dual actuators, the two carriages move toward each other when the handle shaft is turned clockwise. The two carriages move away from each other when the handle shaft is turned counterclockwise. As with the standard linear actuators, they can be used with simple manual adjustments without complex processes of parts selection, design and assembly. The internal parts, as well, are protected from dust by an aluminum profile body and dustproof sheet.
