With version 5.30 dataFEED OPC Suite offers the possibility to store process data in an InfluxDB for subsequent processing and analysis. InfluxDB is one of the most widely used NoSQL databases. It ensures extensive scalability, high availability as well as fast writing and reading.

It can also help to prolong tool life. Cutting with the cylinder can also allow faster cutting speeds for applications that do not require high precision. When high levels of accuracy are needed, users can choose to cut with the tip of the tool.

TG GripSerts workholding inserts offer many advantages over traditional clamping systems. Jaw extrusions are compatible with the TriLock vise’s dovetail movable jaws and with other CARVESMART master jaw kits currently in the marketplace (at right). 31" and 94" extrusions are also available for customers.

MiConnect Technology powers solutions such as, direct interfacing for automation systems to communicate with the CNC control, extracting any required information from the CNC, inputting external devices (such as RFID, barcode, files), reading and writing system parameters, parsing and extracting data, controlling human process interaction, minimizing operator decision making, and adding systemized securities.

With the function block for dynamic muting, it is possible to configure tool class, muting end point or protected field modes simply and quickly. Safety functions such as position, speed, braking ramp, overrun distances and protected field can also be monitored. The function block ensures that dynamic muting is initiated once the check is complete. Manual programming is no longer required, so the press application is in operation quickly and safely.

As part of the partnership, the library of the machine vision software HALCON has been expanded to include data management functions. As precisely defined per ISO 26623, the Polygon Shank Coupling (PSC) interface features a unique tapered polygon which serves as a main element in torque transmitting, centering, and clamping. The AKD2G 24A servo drive provides configurable options including safety level, I/O, feedback, and fieldbus. It supports a secondary brake through a standard X4 connector and allows for faster Smart Feedback Adapter (SFA) wiring with a standard X5 connector.

The forks’ anodised coating adds protection against corrosion, and the black finish is ideal for installation in optically sensitive environments. This enables the new clevis forks to blend in with engine bays and machines, and the linkages are also ideal for installation in theatre sets where the black coating obscures them from audience view.

Vomat ZFA central filter systems consist of separate modules. Their advantage is their combinability. The modules are assembled according to the customer's system requirements. The basic model for Vomat central filter systems is the ZFA 1200, whose filter unit has compact dimensions of 1200 x 1200 x 2200 mm (L x W x H). The filter fineness is 3-5 µm.
