The CoroMill MR80 assortment offers cylindrical and arbor cutter bodies, with diameters from 32 to 100 mm, 3 to 12 cutting teeth and even pitch and shim protection. All cutter bodies feature internal coolant supply. The double-sided E-L50 inserts offer true and easy indexing (6 + 6), with a 3 mm recommended depth of cut.

AP&T's engineers have equipped the press with a closed, robust hydraulic system with a small oil volume and few components. Thanks to the modular system, each press can be optimized to use one or more cylinders depending on the application. The new version of AP&T's servohydraulic press is suitable for embossing heat exchanger plates and fuel cell plates, transfer applications and progressive die stamping, as well as for most types of drawing operations.

An onboard coolant reservoir continuously feeds FlexForce’s high-pressure pump, and multiple electronic sensors monitor a variety of critical levels for lights-out operations. Cranks are available in a straight or offset style. They are available in cast iron and high-density thermoplastic, in either a revolving or folding handle style.

The N5200 SSD features a 4-lane PCIe and an NVMe 1.4 interface and offers sequential data rates of up to 7,000 MB/s read and 4,200 MB/s write. Random reads and writes reach up to 1.35 million IOPS and 450,000 IOPS, respectively. In terms of flash memory longevity, N5200 delivers endurance values of at least 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) measured against standardized workloads (JEDEC Enterprise Workload) over a 5-year period.

The E346V+ presetter features rigidity and accurate performance due to a ground granite base and column, as well as an electro-welded and de-tensioned steel construction with an ergonomic design. Stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium handwheels each have their unique safety features. Stainless steel is naturally resistant to bacterial growth, making it the ideal choice for hygiene-sensitive areas. Cast-iron handwheels, when coasted with zinc or chrome, offer protection against corrosion. Aluminium handwheels, on the other hand, are known for their lightweight nature and resistance to rust, which can be especially beneficial in environments where weight and longevity are factors.

The cartridges provides the possibility to design custom tools incorporating the ES-Bore lay down cartridges, allowing customers to receive special tools within a shorter delivery time and at a lower cost. Additionally, the release of the new fine boring cartridges gives customers the opportunity to build their own special tool because the customer only needs an ES-Bore lay down cartridge that can be mounted onto the boring bar being manufactured.

The new KASTOsort tower will appeal to, for instance, metalworking companies who already use a high-performance saw such as the KASTOvariospeed oder KASTOtec with or without KASTOsort robots. For an efficient process, the parts must be sorted by order after sawing and handling and placed in appropriate boxes. One of the solutions used to date has been a container carousel with eight pallet spaces on which the robot can independently place and fill the respective boxes. This is a simple and cost-effective solution for buffering manageable quantities of material.

The holders accept CCGT3xx, DCGT3xx and VCGT2xx indexable inserts and provide a high level of indexing accuracy even when turning parts with tight tolerance specifications. The short head dimension enables short clamping and high stability. The shank dimensions are 12 mm × 12 mm and 16 mm × 16 mm.

With its high precision and efficiency, the two-spindle BA W03-22 CNC machining center is ideal for producing high-quality work products in medium and large series for the automotive industry. The new generation of MR-J5 servo products includes two new servo types, HK-RT/ST, and the addition of high-speed HK-KT/ST servo motors with 3000rpm rated speed. In addition, new features for improved programming have been added including Simple Motion Mode for the RD78G Motion Module, Advanced Synchronous Control, and positioning mode or “point table” for MR-J5G servo amplifiers. Networking and communication have drastically improved with master “follower” operation to transmit commands to master and following axis in a synchronized servo system, auto-detection of IP address on the CC-Link IE TSN network, and support of Line Star and Ring topologies with CC-Link IE TSN.

The P80360 drive is fully programmable via an intuitive graphical user interface and programming language, available within the Kollmorgen Space software package offered as a free download on the Kollmorgen website. Using these tools, engineers can create simple point-to-point movements as well as linked motion sequences with ease. The versatility and functionality of the P80360 programming software eliminates the need for an external PLC or indexer to perform single-axis motion control, reducing overall system cost.

MERLIC 5.4 extends the available MERLIC Communicator plug-ins with a REST plug-in. This interface opens the door to the world of web services. MERLIC users benefit from being able to control the software through this important interface, using a Frontend on the web browser. Furthermore, the results of the machine vision application can also be displayed in a device-independent manner, for example on mobile devices.

Suited for a wide variety of industrial applications, the MarCal 18 EWR(i) digital caliper alleviates the complexities associated with accurate measurements of large/heavy parts, ultimately enhancing overall measurement precision.
