The use of 8620 ensures that the components will work harden over time, rather than becoming brittle as is the case with the use 9310 alloy steel. Single point threading ensures that the threads are balanced (lead-in/lead-out at 180 degrees) which is very difficult to achieve when rolling threads.  Full depth is also attained for each thread. Because all machining is done with a single set-up, concentricity is achieved.

The standard Model FX-3 features a built-in 1X objective lens and extra-wide field 10X eyepiece. All lenses are hard-coated and include built-in color correction for enhanced image quality. Optional objectives, such as 0.5X, 1.5X, and 2X, can be purchased separately for different magnifications, as well as an optional 20X eyepiece and both 10X and 20X crosshair eyepieces. Collectively, these offer up to six unique additional magnification options.

With the ability to cut blind-hole threads up to 3.5 × DN, the TC130 Supreme tap is targeted for applications in general mechanical engineering and the energy industry, such as for threading wind turbines. Standard sizes are available in stock, ready to ship and are available in diameters of 3/4" to 1-1/2", bore diameters from 3/16" to 1/2" and with widths from 3/8" to 5/8" depending on the type of cover. This is counter to the more traditional availability of these bearing wheel covers,  many of which require lead time, minimum orders and tooling.

The CHAM-IQ-DRILL design body is produced from special steel for high durability and a special stopper prevents the drilling head from being extracted upwards from the pocket. Long stoppers provide high resistance to cutting forces, enabling applications under very high cutting conditions. 
High flute helix and polished flute surfaces provide a smooth and easy chip evacuation process. 
An internal coolant supply provides efficient cooling and lubrication during the drilling process.

The DCN drills feature cylindrical shanks, which enable clamping of the drill in hydraulic toolholders (most recommended) or in spring collets. All drill bodies feature helical coolant holes. Prior to using the 12xD drill, it is recommended to drill a pre-hole by using a DCN 1.5xD drill or a centering drill.

Unique to Nikken rotary tables is the innovative and patented carbide worm system comprised of a carbide worm screw, ion nitrided worm wheel (HV930), and hardened steel bearing surface (HRC58-60). The V grade solid carbide worm screw helps to ensure high rigidity and virtually eliminates wear. Compared with traditional worm system combinations (consisting of phosphorus bronze and aluminum bronze), wear is reduced by up to 8 times, and overall accuracy is substantially increased. Additionally, the worm wheel has specially hardened, ion-nitrided treated teeth that eliminate sliding friction.

The double-sided CXMG inserts operate similarly to CCMT positive inserts and can therefore replace standard CCMT inserts. In some applications, they can also replace standard negative CNMG inserts.

The TechniDrill 2.00-30-48 has a gundrilling diameter capacity of 2.0 inches (50.8 mm) and a maximum gundrilling depth of 48 inches (1219 mm). It features a 30 horsepower AC spindle motor and two-speed gearbox to provide versatile gundrilling performance. The workpiece is counter-rotated during gundrilling via pneumatically operated 3-jaw chucks, which increases the accuracy of the drilled hole.

The U.3 SSD is based on enterprise-grade 3D-TLC-NAND (eTLC), is backwards compatible with U.2, and has both a 4-lane PCIe and NVMe 1.4 interface. As a result, it achieves bandwidths of up to 6,900 MB/s for sequential reads and 7,000 MB/s for sequential writes. With support for up to 128 namespaces, D1200 provides high flexibility and efficiency for virtualizing cloud applications and managing data in data centers. Its endurance values are at least 1.5 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day), when measured against a standardized workload (JEDEC Enterprise Workload) over a 5-year period.
