Mantis 3rd Gen features include; improved optics for both hand-to-eye coordination and excellent depth perception, a 3-position turret to house up to 3 objectives ranging from 3x to 15x, the introduction of an 8x super long working distance lens, five different illumination options providing flexibility to optimize the lighting to view the perfect image, and the Mantis PIXO offers an improved, higher resolution camera for image and video capture. Designed for touch-trigger probing only, the CMM is capable of capturing precise measurements very rapidly, as it is able to deploy a motorised PH20 5-axis probe head from Renishaw for a three-fold increase in inspection speed. Continuous angular rotation and infinite positioning (similar to the company's top of the range REVO2 probing system) avoids having to move the machine's X, Y, and Z axes at high speed, minimising dynamic errors. For some measurements in a cycle, it is not necessary to move the linear axes at all. The results are better accuracy and repeatability.

The evolution and ehnancement of SprutCAM X user interface will continue. "Less interface is better" sounds simple in theory, but it becomes an extremely challenging task when dealing with CAM software with thousands of features. For many years we have been striving to keep the UI as simple and lightweight as possible. In the last couple of years, we started to think about how to make the interface feel natural and comfortable to the human eye.With its lightweight interface, intuitive design and machine-aware programming technology, SprutCAM X 17 becomes extremely easy to learn and use as a CAD/CAM software.

The piston diameters range from 8.5 to 10 mm and provide 180 to 330 lb. clamping force. The push lock clamps come in orange or black plastic hands, as well as metal handles. They are ideal for applications such as positioning of guide rollers and positioning of fixturing tables.

Thanks to significantly reduced friction, this new procedure improves chip removal from the machining zone, while the cutting heat is dissipated even more quickly and effectively through the chips. Originally stocked in 1.8m lengths for the customer to cut down to size, WDS now provides continuous hinges in various sizes starting from 1m, meaning they’re ready to be installed without modification. These hinges are available in stainless steel as well as zinc-coated steel.

The MA230 Advance solid carbide milling cutting is for universal machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron and high-temperature superalloys (ISO P, M, K and S workpiece groups) at the highest level. The MA230 Advance cutter is for high-performance roughing and finishing and enables reliable milling with an extremely high metal removal rate. The V-TYPE lever's fixing flanges are engineered to be identical to those of traditional models, ensuring that new housings with the V-TYPE can replace the old version without affecting interchangeability or requiring changes to dimensions, flanges, or mounting positions. The virtual PLC software can be easily downloaded and integrated directly into an IT environment. This ease-of-use gives operators the possibility of decoupling hardware and software requirements completely. The software will run on computers with Industrial Edge Run Time in the factory while the hardware remains directly on the shopfloor.
