Material handling equipment and safety products manufacturer Wildeck Inc. has introduced a new product category for vertical material lifts. The new “RML” product category is a major advancement over a traditional “VRC” (vertical reciprocating conveyor) because it allows authorized personnel to safely travel with their material between levels.

Verti-Lift introduces a heavy-duty transfer cart quickly and ergonomically moves pallets and other heavy components (up to 4,000-lb. capacity) within production environments. This custom-designed solution includes a gravity roller conveyor, a pallet retaining bar to secure the load during transport, and a manual foot-actuated “locking/docking arm” for convenient hands-free operation.

Dorner says the new 3200 series conveyor with Intralox Activated Roller Belt (ARB) technology is perfect for moving boxes and packages in merging, diverting and aligning applications. ARB Technology uses low and high friction angled rollers within the belt to help smoothly guide and align items of all sizes.

Master Magnetics’ family of neodymium lifting magnets is flexing their muscle with the addition of a new, stronger capacity model. The newest addition has a lifting rating of 4,400 lbs. on flat material.

Verti-Lift presents Zero Pan Tilters that can be loaded or unloaded at ground level, thus eliminating the need for a forklift, while improving ergonomics and eliminating bending and lifting and the inherent injuries associated with them. Harrington Hoists Inc. has introduced its new CX005 mini hand chain hoist. This hoist has a rated capacity of ½ ton and is the second model in the company's line of small and lightweight hand chain hoists.

The EGP from SCHUNK is the electric small part gripper. SCHUNK expanded the EGP series with a smaller size (25) which weighs 110g and has a stroke of 3 mm per finger.

Dorner’s new 2200 LPZ/Z-Frame conveyor comes with one or two pivot points and features an extremely low profile to fit under machinery or any other tight spots. The 2200 LPZ is Dorner’s lowest profile Z-Frame conveyor and the first such offering in the newly redesigned 2200 series platform.

Eriez’ air-operated lift-magnet system moves multiple parts or cutouts up and off of burn tables. It also can lift single sheets or plates up to 3" (76.2mm) thick from a stack to load a table. The system improves productivity and safety by eliminating manual handling of multiple parts and the need for operators to climb on burn tables, according to the company. Standard models have 24" (609.6mm), 48" (1,219.2mm) and 120" (3,048mm) designs to accommodate most common plate and sheet sizes.
