Limited space and minimal headroom are typical challenges when moving equipment. The MLS-Series is compact. It’s low-height design is ideal for minimal lift heights and to accommodate limited clearance above loads. It’s also versatile. The MLSS models provides good directional movement. Meanwhile the MLSR models feature 360-degree movement ideal for tight spaces.

As a Pump-Per-Point system, the EVO-P features individual hydraulic pumps for each lifting point. This reduces distance from pump to cylinder, minimizing hose lengths and risk of leaks. The hydraulic pumps are two-stage, which are ideal for fast retraction and repetitive operations.

The products can be custom modified in various dimensions, shapes and sizes to meet the specific application requirements. For example, the outside diameter (O.D.) of a roller could be turned down, or a bumper of a certain width could be produced. These modifications eliminate the typical design and production time necessary for a custom roller or bumper to be tooled up and molded.

the PRAB Auto-Take Up automatically monitors tension using load cells on chain conveyors, including steel belt conveyors, drag conveyors, the PRAB ScrapVeyor, and more. The system is wired to a PLC control panel, which monitors tension and automatically tightens the belt to eliminate manual adjustments and downtime. It can be added to new conveyors or retrofitted onto existing models. If retrofitted onto an existing conveyor, the system can be operated using that conveyor’s original control panel. Automatic adjustments can be scheduled to be completed during low production times or shift changes.

Eriez now offers CP-20 and TP-25 Suspended Permanent Magnets as part of the company’s Quick Ship program. Models in the line are available in both self-cleaning and manual cleaning designs. Manual clean magnets include a drawer type stripper plate and cable sling suspension. All models are simple to install and require no power, keeping operating costs low with no interruptions in service.
