KT-500 Handheld Alloy Analyzer

The handheld Rigaku KT-500 LIBS analyzer strengthens the capabilities of LIBS technology and provides the user with better analysis of low alloy steels, stainless steels, nickel and cobalt alloys, and now carbon steels.  Because of this, the KT-500 is the solution for addressing all the most common alloy grades used in metal fabrication.  Additionally, its carbon analysis, along with low detection limits for other key elements, makes it ideal for determining carbon equivalence as well as solving many of the key applications required in petrochemical facilities including sulfidation, corrosion and residual elements.

OptoFlash XS60

The speed and precision of the OptoFlash enables 100+ static measurements on parts up to 60mm in length and 20 mm in diameter within two seconds at U95 = 1 µm + D/200 (D in mm) with the ability to switch from one-part type to another with just one click (flexible gauge). It captures images of the component over the 360° degrees, automatically combining several images to determine both part optical axis and measurements of the features.

Marposs WRSP60 Radio Transmission Scanning Probe

Marposs’ WRSP60 scanning probe with radio transmission enables complex measurements quickly and directly in the machine environment, helping increase quality and productivity, while providing opportunity for real-time monitoring of production processes. Designed to fit on lathes, turning centers and multitasking machines, the WRSP60 can automatically define TIR, roundness and concentricity of rounded parts with a repeatability of 0,4 microns, as well as being useful for straight or complex profiles.
