R-Palletize is a configurable palletizing station which allows low-volume, high-mix manufacturers to use a single robotic cell for palletizing a variety of product patterns. R-Palletize is available in four hardware configurations which include a FANUC America M710iC/50H robot to handle cases up to 40 pounds, a Rockwell Automation control system, and optional end-of-arm-tooling (EOAT) to suit the application.  Designed for rapid installation and easy setup, R-Palletize offers changeover time in as little as five minutes from the user interface.  

The CNC video measurement system "NEXIV" can automatically measure the dimensions of component features using Nikon's world renowned optical and image processing technology. BioCorr HP is a new generation of BioCorr, Cortec’s time-tested water-based and biobased rust preventative containing 54% USDA certified biobased content. It is designed to preserve metals in storage and during transportation. This ready to use product has excellent emulsion stability, contains no chemicals that interfere with automatic transmission fluids, provides multi-metal protection, and is an excellent environmentally sound alternative to petroleum-derived products due to its biobased content. It protects for up to two years of indoor storage or during shipments when combined with VpCI packaging materials.

To minimize machine downtime and provide operator safety, these Hydraulic Chucks use a simple hex wrench that requires only two to three turns for both clamping and unclamping. Tightening is complete when the clamping screw hits the bottom; controlling tightening torque is not needed. Once a Hydraulic Chuck is centered, the runout will not vary, even if a cutting tool is changed repeatedly. Runout of fewer than three microns at four times diameter can be achieved.

Walter's T2710 indexable thread milling cutter can be used universally in steels, stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature alloys, and hardened steels up to 55 HRC. It machines threads with nominal diameter from 0.79 in. (20 mm), and pitch range of 1.5 - 6 mm/18-6 TPI up to 1.5 x Dn thread depth. The tool is supplied with a Weldon shank for rigid and secure clamping.

For applications requiring XYZ motion, a motorized vertical linear module can be added at the factory - voice coil motors, linear motors, and screw drive linear modules are available, all with counterbalance or break option. Customizations, such as stage base materials (granite, aluminum, etc), a steel base, or isolators as well as mounting platforms for vision systems, laser heads, galvos or dispensers, etc., are also available.

The Smart Function Kit for Handling can be used in a variety of areas, such as production handling, machine assembly and packaging. Pick-and-place tasks can also be performed quickly and cost-effectively, as a Cartesian multi-axis system for packages of different sizes, weights and formats. 

The "lightest" machine in the FZP line is the new FZP32 with a working range of up to X = 10, Y = 4 and Z = 2.5 meters (393” x 157” x 98”). The user can machine block materials, plastics, as well as CFRP, GFRP and aluminum, among other materials. Due to the large working area, it is also possible to mill components completely without reclamping. "The modular design of the machine offers the possibility to consider different options. 

With the release of a new offset CT reconstruction algorithm in the latest version of the manufacturer’s Inspect-X software, not only can larger components be scanned but it can also be performed at higher geometric magnification. The Offset.CT module is available on all Nikon Metrology X-ray CT systems from 180kV through to 450kV.

Staggered roughing serrations and proprietary gashing geometry ensure small chip size to enable more aggressive feed rates and depths of cut. 

The ToolConnect barcode application uses a barcode scanner at the machine tool to scan the presetter generated barcode. ToolConnect reads and processes the barcode data, displays all tool and process information and then automatically updates the offsets to the correct fields in the control. No operator data entry is required.

The ZeroClamp Zerolox  Zero Point Automation console is the only Zero Point product like it on the market today. It is superior both in repeatability and clamping force to single Zero Point workholding units having only 1 clamping stud with an orientation pin or slot. In addition to manual mechanical plate Zero Point clamping systems using 4 V-notched studs on a 52/96 mm spacing which requires clearance in multiple geometric planes.
