Merlin Plus software offers multiple measurement and statistical displays with numeric and graphic layout, trend limits, data traceability, batch management, part counters, and data storage; exporting in CSV or Q-DAS format. It can handle up to 250 different measurements, 1,000 different part programs and offers connection to several type of devices with built-in drivers. 

PJ-Plus is a series of profile projectors that utilize LED lighting and provides reliable measurements in manufacturing site environments. The PJ-Plus provides stable dimension and angle measurements in harsher environments conventional models can’t handle, such as manufacturing and processing lines.

In developing a measurement and feedback process, for each parameter/feature listed, ANCA and ZOLLER have worked together to agree upon a fixed ZOLLER measurement process and a fixed ANCA grinding parameter adjustment to which it is directly linked. Wheel adjustments are not supported as an option for this method of compensation. Adjustments are applied to parameters for compensation without changing the design parameters.

The Runtime Module allows trained AI module to be incorporated into an inspection system.  Included in the Runtime module model is the inference testing application that allows review of the AI model for sample testing on new images.

Operation has been greatly simplified and efficiency doubled, enhancing the system's suitability for a wide range of applications from the museum laboratory through academia to the R&D department and on to the factory floor. The intrinsic benefit of X-ray CT is that it allows both the exterior and interior of a sample to be inspected and measured non-destructively. The XT H 225 ST 2x, which has undergone thousands of hours of rigorous testing, is distinguished by its ability to be tuned to match the part under investigation so that optimal results are produced every time.

The new user-friendly software is designed with an intuitive interface that allows anyone to use and configure new measurements on an Optoquick or Optoflash system, helping build even more efficiency into the process. All measurements are archived for retrieval by the smart search function.

In terms of speed, all machines now accelerate at 1,900 mm/s2, representing an increase of 15% for the two smaller models and 20% for the largest model. Velocity is up by 38% across the product range to 720 mm/s. As regards accuracy, maximum permissible measuring error on all machines is now 1.7+L/333 µm when measurements are taken of a feature L millimeters in length between 18°C and 22°C, irrespective of whether a TP200, SP25, TP20 or PH20 probe is used. This performance represents length measurement accuracy improvements of 22%, 22%, 32% and 43% for the four respective probes, while maximum permissible probing error is also better and so also is repeatability of measurements by 15% when using a PH20.

Called FREEDOM ULTIMATE and FREEDOM ULTIMATE SCAN, the new arms are available with measurement volumes from 2.5 to 4.5 metres, according to model. Each complements the comparable size of existing FREEDOM CLASSIC and higher accuracy FREEDOM SELECT products with six axes designed for touch probing, as well as the 7-axis SCAN equivalents for multi-sensor metrology including laser scanning. 

Planar is ideal for shop floor use, requires minimal operator input and increases production throughput across a wide range of applications. These include flat and folded/formed sheet metal components, gaskets and seals, laminations, O-rings, paper acetate and electronic drawings and other opaque and semi-transparent flat materials. 

Designed for robustness, reliability, affordability and ease of use, Deltron, is a shop floor hardened non-Cartesian CMM with an innovative delta robotic mechanism, reknown for repeatable motion, fast acceleration and a high level of measurement accuracy. The delta mechanism on Deltron operates with a maximum vector speed of 500mm/sec and a maximum vector acceleration of 750mm/sec2.

The CS2 Series force testers can perform the most commonly used tests within most industries from basic static force testing to multistage testing, cyclic testing and more at a fraction of the cost of an advanced materials tester. The CS2 Series force testers feature a large working area of up to 180 mm that allows the operator flexibility to not only test the product but its packaging as well with a simple change of grips.

The MarForm MMQ 500 is designed for speed. Its Z-axis vertical column allows movements with up to 100 mm/s—more than three times faster than conventional form measuring devices—for minimized cycle times. The newly developed automatic CNC centering and tilting table is a key factor in speeding up the total cycle time as it enables faster alignment than comparable models, thus increasing efficiency and productivity up to 75% faster than the market standard. This new centering and tilting table also features a high load-bearing capacity to enable the measurement of heavy workpieces, up to a mass of 80 kg (176 lbs.)

When parts are more intricate or bulkier than flat sheets, then the three axis table is recommended. It is suitable for checking laser and waterjet cut parts, sheet metal parts with many features and parts that are bent and formed.  The three axis table includes flexible metrology software, sealed Heidenhain encoders, low-maintenance linear bearings and a versatile Renishaw touch probe. Furthermore, it has the ability to integrate with SPC software for quality tracking and reporting and reduces operator error. As with the single axis table, it offers long-term durability and simple operation. 

The AVR-FOV 0.14X automated part programs deliver accurate results to the micron level in a matter of seconds with “Go/ No-Go” tolerance zones, and data are provided in one easy-to-interpret report. These features allow metrology users in manufacturing facilities or QC labs to produce accurate, fast, and repeatable results. 

MeasurLink’s Collection Scheduler is a module that allows the user to track measurement collection times for multiple active or suspended runs on that Real-Time station. The module displays tiles for each run and shows several color stages based on checkpoints to keep measurements on track. In addition, an email can alert the supervisor if no measurement is started within specified time.

The AT960 laser tracker can be transported easily, unpacked quickly and powered up in minutes to deliver high-performance measurement almost anywhere. Featuring wireless communication and a battery operation option, the integrated-technology design of the AT960 reduces setup time drastically.

The Starrett DataSure 4.0 System operates on the latest wireless networking technology that uses short-wave radio frequencies to interconnect cell phones, computers and wireless electronic devices, enabling much faster speed, greater bandwidth and longer range for higher data throughput. The range of DataSure 4.0 is ten to twenty times that of any data collection system on the market.

Consistent with the aims of Industry 4.0, the new Metrology Gate portal provides remote access to information on the status and performance of all connected metrology devices. Information available includes measurement results and a summary of errors, a record of program changes, uptime of the CMMs and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness). Historical logs assist troubleshooting and warn when routine maintenance is due, not only of the inspection machines but also of the machine tools or other equipment on which the components are being made. 

The PolyScan XL6 is designed to measure parts up to 1600 mm, combining 12 cameras and 12 projectors to provide 210 effective scanning units.
