Tenzalo Tooling Columns

Abbott Workholding has introduced premachined versions of its popular configurations complete with a universal mounting pattern for use on virtually any machine make and model.  These 400mm, 500mm and 630mm fixtures include top plates where applicable and can ship same day. 

By utilizing Abbott’s lightweight Tenzalo tooling columns, which are 1/3 the weight of equivalent cast iron versions, manufacturers can decrease wear on their machines and pallet systems without compromising the strength and vibration dampening characteristics of cast iron fixtures.
