Dillon Fast-Trac Jaw Nuts Slash Jaw Change Time While Enhancing Safety

Fast-Trac Jaw Nuts from Dillon Manufacturing allow user to preassemble the jaws required for the next operation while the machine is running the current job, cutting jaw change time in half.

Manufactured from certified 4140 heat treated steel, the company says the Dillon Jaw Nuts and Keys provide superior wear and impact resistance, higher tensile strength, extended life, and safety.

Dillon Jaw Nuts, T-nuts, and Keys are available to fit all popular power chucks from 6” in diameter to 24” in diameter including Forkhardt, Gamet, Howa, Kitigawa, Matsumoto (MMK), Nikko, Pratt Burnerd, Rohm, Samchully, Schuck, SMW, and SMW-Autoblok. Standard sizes are stocked for immediate shipment. They are ideal for workholding applications requiring durability and high strength such as high-speed machining, or wherever faster, safer jaw changes are desired.

Preassembling jaws while the current project is running is a proven system that maximizes productivity and profitability by minimizing jaw change time. In addition to saving on labor costs, quick change capability allows more components to be machined per shift. Better utilization of machine time bolsters efficiency while it increases the productivity per square foot of manufacturing space and generates more profit.

In addition to a wide range of standard Jaw Nuts and Keys, Dillon also offers special T-Nut designs and manufacturing service for custom workholding requirements
