Designed to hold a specific range of part sizes, they are suited for first operation workholding, the company says. They fit all brands of chucks including serrated, Acme Key, square key, and tongue-and-groove styles. Single or two-step jaws feature diamond-shaped serrations to provide secure gripping and accurate parts locating.
It is manufactured from 8620 case hardened steel, with ground locating surfaces, and black oxide coated for corrosion resistance. Dillon also offers custom made special or modified hard jaws with industry-leading turnaround times.
