XK10 Alignment Laser System Software

This latest release of software enables the XK10 to take measurements at multiple points along each rail. The benefit of an increased number of measurement points is that the straightness of each rail is also measured at the same time. Parallelism between the rails can then be determined by looking at the difference in straightness at each point, giving a more accurate picture than a measurement of the overall angle between rails.

MarWin Easy Roughness Mobile Software

This functionality allows the M 310 to be used as a drive unit for the MarWin Easy Roughness Mobile software, enabling another way to interface and control the M 310 while providing the complete functionality of the touchscreen unit on a PC. Direct connection to the PC is available via USB cable or Bluetooth adapter, replacing interface boxes that previously would have been required, and cutting implementation costs by half.

LHInspect Gear Measuring Software

LHInspect offers a unique range of functions and will be used in conjunction with the WGT series of machines for inspecting all types of gears, gear cutting tools and shaft-type workpieces, including size and position determination. LHInspect also supports the manufacturer-neutral GDE interface for exchanging geometrical and measurement data between gear inspection machines and gear cutting machines as the basis for automated correction of setting data (LHOpenConnect).

TwinCAT Analytics Software

Traditional condition monitoring algorithms are now also available in TwinCAT Analytics using simple configuration with no programming requirements. This addition optimizes both the standard workflow and spontaneous measurements, such as during machine commissioning or service.

SprutCAM 15 CAM Software

SprutCAM 15 features numerous upgrades including: Multi-parts projects/Tombstone machining; New workflow for multi-task machines (MTM); Experimental Parametric 3D CAD; MachineMaker 2.0 for robots; New generation .NET and visual studio code based postprocessing toolchain; Additional modules for disc cutting, painting, welding, jet cutting, plasma, additive/cladding, and wire cutting; Numerous additional user interface and technology updates.

Synchronized Toolpath Planning and Topology Optimization

Rafinex stochastic topology optimization anticipates real-life variability in material loads and material properties to help engineers design robust, reliable parts for high-performance applications in the aerospace and automotive industries, among others. The toolpath algorithms automatically calculate the optimal, material-independent toolpaths for different additive and subtractive processes (including robotic applications) which means manufacturing feasibility is analysed already during design optimization.
