The PS90xx buffer modules prevent disturbances caused by voltage dips and fluctuations in the electrical grid or by peak loads, so that the power supply units and connected loads can operate reliably and without failure. The PS94xx redundancy modules create a redundant fail-safe supply network. In such a system, two or more power supply units are connected in parallel and decoupled by one or more redundancy modules.

The Eldorado reaming machine has only a single spindle and requires manual loading of the barrels and reamer tooling. This makes the Eldorado machine smaller and less expensive, which makes it perfect for low-volume barrel manufacturers.

The V-855 and V-857 product families were designed for high-load and high duty cycle industrial precision motion applications where traditional actuators or linear slides with lead-screw or timing-belt drives are not precise, robust or reliable enough. Due to the maintenance-free and friction free high-speed linear motors, greater productivity with shorter cycle times and faster return on investment can be achieved.

Each lightweight KCI 1319 / KBI 1335 encoder includes a 25 mm hollow shaft and inductive scanning technology that makes it insensitive to contamination and magnetic fields. The encoder communicates using the high speed EnDat 2.2 interface which also allows for additional information, such as temperature or diagnostics, to be communicated as well.

The MunchMan uses primary and secondary belts installed at the lower curve and through the incline and chip discharge areas of the system. These belts run in unison to grab chips, compress them and carry them securely up steep inclines. This design eliminates the risk of conveyor jams that can occur when chip balls tumble at the lower curve or jam in the conveyor incline section.

The AF160 can process parts with an outside diameter of up to 60mm and a length of 250mm. The machining length is between 110 and 180mm. The eight axes – all of them independent – make the AF160 the most flexible Affolter machine to date. It can produce straight gears, helical gears, straight bevel gears, face gears, straight or helical crowned gears, worm screws, worm wheels, cylkro gears, and internal gears. Power skiving, the milling of worms and shafts, as well as chamfering is possible, too.

Mencom’s new field wireable connectors are UL listed and provide IP69 protection. They are available in 3-pole and 4-pole with straight and right-angle orientations. Mencom is the industry's first electrical connector manufacturer to design and produce a right-angled version of the 1 3/8" field wireable connector. The right-angle profile is lower than the typical bend radius needed to mount a straight cable, providing a big advantage when installation space is limited.  Also, it removes undesirable cable strain caused by bending cables to fit in tight spaces.
