Exsys Tool Inc., which is the exclusive supplier of pL LEHMANN rotary tables for North America, recently announced the expansion of its ultra-high precision products to include the pL LEHMANN swissClamp modular clamping system, according to the San Antonio, Fla.-based company. The modular clamping system reportedly allows operators to mount multiple workpieces on machine tool tables for uninterrupted production and unmanned operations.

For longitudinal and face turning, Sandvik Coromant introduces the CoroTurn 300 for higher component quality, increased handling efficiency and longer tool life in steel turning operations. The CoroTurn 300 features stable insert clamping, as well as eight-edged inserts for the high chip control, tool life and surface finish.

THINBIT, manufactured by Kaiser Tool Co., announces the expansion of its GROOVE ’N TURN line of dovetail grooving inserts. Dovetail grooving inserts are used to machine O-ring dovetail grooves with 66° undercut angles.
