PFERD has enhanced its lineup of Performance Line SG POLIFAN Z SG POWER STEELOX flap discs with the addition of a 6 in. (Type 29) disc in 40 and 60 grit in 7/8 in. arbor and 5/8—11 hub versions. Together with its impressive service life and high aggressiveness, the new flap disc, like other members of its product family, maintains consistent performance throughout the entire life of the flap disc yielding maximum economic efficiency for the user.

This high-performance, Zirconia alumina Z abrasive handles demanding grinding work, delivering optimum stock removal on high-powered angle grinders even at higher contact pressures. The POLIFAN Z SG POWER STEELOX flap discs are specified for use on steel and stainless steel (INOX). They excel in work on weld seams, chamfering, blending and deburring. Like all members of the POLIFAN Z SG POWER STEELOX family, the latest product entry provides reduced vibration, noise and dust levels. In addition, the new flap disc provides for long, fatigue-free and resource-saving work, with excellent results in the shortest possible time.

POLIFAN Z SG POWER STEELOX flap discs are available in flat (Type 27) and conical, (Type 29) shapes in various diameters from 4-7 in. with either 5/8-11 threaded hub or 7/8 in. plain arbor hole.
