Unist Inc.'s MQL systems are for applying fluids in metalcutting operations. The precise delivery of lubricant means fluid is applied directly to the cutting tool/workpiece interface. This reportedly results in reduced fluid consumption, cleaner shops, extended tool life and increased cut quality.
