TJ Davies Introduces Coolant Tubes and Wrenches

A new line of coolant tubes and wrenches from T.J. Davies Co., Inc. has been specifically designed for HSK tool holders. The products are made of 8620 alloy steel, ensuring a long service life. Each component is machined in-house and equipped with two identical seals that allow for slight angular movement.

The coolant tubes are available for HSK 25 - HSK 125 tool holders, and corresponding wrenches are offered for each coolant tube size. All sizes are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, with same-day delivery available for orders placed by 3:00 PM (EST).

In addition to coolant tubes and wrenches, TJ Davies manufactures a broad line of retention knubs and pull studs. Over 500 varieties are available, many from stock. Custom components can be manufactured, thus keeping older obsolete machines operating efficiently.

    coolant

Fluid that reduces temperature buildup at the tool/workpiece interface during machining. Normally takes the form of a liquid such as soluble or chemical mixtures (semisynthetic, synthetic) but can be pressurized air or other gas. Because of water’s ability to absorb great quantities of heat, it is widely used as a coolant and vehicle for various cutting compounds, with the water-to-compound ratio varying with the machining task.
