Presetters

Latest Generation of KENOVA Tool Presetters

Kelch GmbH is now launching the latest generation of KENOVA tool presetters in conjunction with modules produced by TDM Systems. The TDM Base Module minimizes the time needed for the selection of tool data by up to 50 percent. The TDM Tool Crib Module organises components and complete tools, thereby saving time and costs. KENOVA set line V6 tool presetters are available for different development stages: from a manual to a fully automated version.

4200 Tool Presetter

SST introduces the SST 4200 tool presetter for boosting efficiency and profitability in high-precision part manufacturing. Built and designed to exacting specifications, the SST 4200 equips shops with improved precision through tool measurement accuracy of ±0.003mm (0.00012 inches), and user-friendly features that help eliminate human error.

Microset Presetting Devices

Successful machining requires powerful machines and highly-precise tool holding technology, which ensures that the precision is transferred from the spindle right to the cutting tool edge. Within the last couple of years, HAIMER says it has become the complete system provider for tool management.

HAIMER Microset Tool Presetting Equipment

In the USA, time is the most expensive component of the manufacturing process. Tool set up prior to any job being run represents a significant amount of that time, which is why tool presetters represent a monetary savings for any shop, because they save time. Haimer’s new Microset tool presetting equipment streamlines tool setting processes, reducing set up times by as much as 70 percent, thereby minimizing idle time and increasing machine utilization.
