T2713 Universal Indexable Thread Mill

Walter has introduced the T2713, a universal indexable thread mill suitable for a variety of materials up to 55 HRC. This newest addition to the Walter thread milling system combines the advantages of thread milling with the efficiency of tapping. Due to the smooth cutting and lower cutting forces, machining times can be comparable to those of thread tapping and forming.

The turbocharger has been state-of-the-art in diesel vehicles for some time. And almost all automotive manufacturers offer a turbocharged petrol engine. Why? The turbocharger makes comparable performance with a smaller engine capacity possible and that contributes to the advance in downsizing. EDGECAM 2020.1 Software

The latest release of EDGECAM features toolpath associativity for the facemill cycle, the option to extend the solution’s parallel lace toolpath, enhanced additive undercutting, and a total of about 30 updates. Alongside the new EDGECAM 2020.1, the optional CAD for CAM Designer module has now replaced Part Modeler.

Double-Sided Pramet SNGX11 Insert

The Dormer Pramet milling assortment for die and mold has grown with several introductions, including the double-sided Pramet SNGX11 insert for high-feed milling with up to 0.07" DOC. A strong main cutting edge ensures a high level of durability and process security, especially when machining corners inside a pocket. With eight cutting edges, the square-shaped SNGX11 also represents an extremely economical solution.

DoTriple-Mill | Multi-Functional Face Milling Cutter with High Rigidity

DoTriple-Mill is Tungaloy’s face milling cutter featuring a dovetail clamping system that dramatically reduces insert lift up and excessive shear force imposed on the screws during heavy duty milling. Three types of inserts fit in the same cutter body, making it the perfect cutter when various materials have to be machined and machine tool settings are limited. A bore type cutter body is available in coarse and close pitch designs, and the standard tool diameter ranges from 2.00" to 6.00" (and in metric sizes 50 to 160 mm).
