Among the additions are new models of the company’s Carbide Micro Grinding Mandrels for optimized precision micro machining accuracy and performance. Carbide Micro Grinding Mandrels are compatible for use with Tungsten Carbide, fiberglass, stone, marble, ferrite, composites, non-ferrous metals, industrial ceramics, rubber, reinforced plastics, glass, and other hard abrasive materials. Offered in both Diamond and Borazon Jig types, the grinding mandrels are further available with a choice of either 500/600 or 325/400 grit, as well as either a 0.016”, 0.020”, or 0.02” head size.

The AccuThread T3 is now available in larger UN and ISO sizes up to 1”-8 and M24x3.0. Machine coding for the new sizes is included in Insta-Code, Allied Machine’s online thread mill program generator.

The sliding locks are particularly ideal for clamping in tight areas with non-swiveling handles. The body is made from nickel-plated 1045 steel. The handle is made from nickel-plated 4140 alloy steel, quenched and tempered. The push bar is made from 1045 steel.

The consolidated range of enclosure parts includes a wide variety of locks, latches, and catches to suit all requirements. Quarter turn locks are frequently specified for enclosures thanks to their ease of operation while ensuring secure door closure. This 2500 Ton Press is part of a seven-press order which is currently being built in their main facility. The press also features an innovative mold transfer system which significantly improves the ergonomic and safety dynamics for operators, and reduces the press idle time between cycles.

These new vibration-free tools provide finish machining of precise bores (IT6–IT8) up to 6 × D, with high surface quality and are up to three times more reliable and flexible than comparable models. Should a problem arise, machiNetCloud automatically alerts third-party technicians and internal users by email and SMS, helping reduce downtime and save on maintenance costs.

The drill features a new grade, with an improved multi-layer physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating. The results are enhanced wear resistance, better tool life and an overall increase in productivity and thereby reduced cost-per-component.

The levers are available with L or T shaped handles. With the L shaped clamping handle, it can be lifted and moved back to continue tightening in the presence of an obstruction. The T handle enables less flexibility of movement but enables easy adjustment with a two-sided grip option. Both designs are ideally suited to tightening clamps on machinery or jigs, through to adjusting the position of office or domestic equipment.
