AOV, MFT-R, and PCFC Units

The AOV orbital sander tool is specially designed for grinding and polishing workpiece surfaces. The pneumatic unit is driven by a vane motor and achieves rotational speeds of 10,000 RPM. The MFT-R is the ideal solution for manufacturers who require a particularly flexible and robust polishing spindle for polishing and brushing of workpieces with axial compliance. The PCFC ensures that a consistent compliance force is acting in any position, due to the position sensor.

Embedded Vision Starterkit

Designed to reduce the evaluation and prototyping stages of product development, this hardware and software bundle allows users to easily test embedded vision applications on the NVIDIA Jetson Nano Developer Kit. The starter kit consists of Allied Vision’s innovative Alvium 1500 C CSI-2 camera and a demo consisting of various machine vision applications.

Tube clamp Connectors Range

The use of touch screens, panels, displays, and monitors on production machines has now become common practice and is defined by the VESA standard for mounting monitors. Winco utilizes this standard to create a practical interface in the form of a monitor mount that is coordinated with the existing portfolio. The monitor mount is focused on the core functionality, and the connection stud makes it extremely simple to fasten the mount to all tube clamp connectors according to the given installation situation. In combination with rotary or flanged joints, it is possible to realize any number of degrees of freedom and adjustment options.

F-712.IRP1, F-712.IRP2 Optical Power Meters

This photometer detects an optical input signal and converts it into a precision, logarithmic voltage signal with high resolution. The optical power meter is used to find the maximum optical intensity quickly when integrated in fully automatic, optical FMPA alignment systems. The logarithmic scaling of the output signal is particularly advantageous for fast scans because the signal strength can fluctuate by several orders of magnitude within a few milliseconds.
