The cam followers incorporate a polymer layer that is molded directly onto the IKO exclusive thin-walled steel outer ring. This construction solves the dilemma of being able to install a cam follower with special polymers, offering self-lubricating and shock-absorbing properties into existing applications. 

Now, My rConnect is completely cloud-based, so as long as a computer is connected to the same network as their current GFMS machine, that machine is connected to My rConnect. However, GFMS machines that don’t have network access and are connected to the Internet can also use My rConnect.

The headset works much like a smartphone. It communicates through Wi-Fi or the mobile network and the user connects to AP&T’s support through Teams or the like. Why not just use a mobile phone then?

The PC-based "iShield Archive Tool" (iAT) software is used to set up the card. Both the security parameters and user PIN are configured here. Following the initial configuration, iShield Archive securely stores data in the end device and uses hardware AES-256-bit encryption to protect it.

The Swissbit Device Manager is the systematic further development of the successful Swissbit Lifetime Monitoring Tool, whose feature set and ease of use have now been expanded even further. The system recorder eliminates the ambiguity in diagnosing issues by recording all changes in their programming code for several minutes before and after an event takes place. Users can review the changes that took place in their code leading up to and after the event. In addition, the system recorder allows users to record the data visually, in video format, directly to the module to note environmental conditions that the code cannot see.

The TD 110 tool breakage sensor can be placed in the work envelope so that it is fast and easy to reach during the tool change. The inductive sensor can detect tools as they pass by while they are spinning at their operational speed.  Thanks to its rapid scanning technology, even very small tools made of HSS steel and carbide are detected.

NUMai software can be utilized as soon as a machine tool has been commissioned and is ready to start production, or on a machine that is already being employed for production purposes. The software initially acquires all pertinent operating data over a period of time, typically a number of hours, while the machine is being used for normal production tasks. Ideally, a diversity of part programs is run, involving a variety of different machining conditions, in order to ensure that the data is as comprehensive and reliable as possible.

The GEMVM system measures acceleration in up to three axes (depending upon sensor type) with a measuring frequency of up to 5.6kHz and a sampling rate of 25kHz. It has eight definable and selectable operating modes with five freely activatable static alarms. Any events that violate the predefined hard stop limits are logged in the event memory with relevant information for later analysis.

The TiM240 is the first variant in the TiM2xx series and has an enclosure rating of IP65 for indoor use. The TiM240 scans a 240° area up to 10m away at speeds up to 15 times per second. This allows the user to cover a relatively large space (200m2) with one scanner and to quickly transmit any measurement changes to the controller via Ethernet. The tried-and-proven HDDM+ technology guarantees the stable and reliable output of measurement data. The low power consumption of 2.9 watts becomes a particular advantage when used in battery-operated vehicles.

The ImageIR® 8300 hs extends this series with a new generation of high-speed infrared cameras. Combining the image format of (640 × 512) IR pixels with the exceptionally high frame rate of 1,004 Hz sets new standards. It allows thermographic images of excellent quality, even of extremely fast moving objects or highly dynamic thermal processes. Thus, exactly the moment that matters is captured with absolute precision, displayed with high resolution and precisely measured thermally.
