The Eriez 5-Star Service Team is available, even on short notice, to service and repair equipment on-site at customers' facilities. Eriez 5-Star Service repairs and services a variety of magnetic, vibratory and inspection equipment, including Magnetic Separators, Feeders, Conveyors, Screeners and Classifiers, Metal Detectors, Eddy Current Separators, Lifting Magnets, Magnetic Coolant Cleaners, Magnetic Belt Conveyors and Magnetic Chip and Parts Conveyors.
In addition to on-site field service, Eriez 5-Star Service includes equipment rebuilds, inspection/preventive maintenance, lift magnet certification, a magnet exchange program and more. The expansive Eriez 5-Star Service Center is located in Erie, PA. Whether service takes place at the 5-Star Service Center or in the field, all of the same benefits and warranties apply.

Fluid that reduces temperature buildup at the tool/workpiece interface during machining. Normally takes the form of a liquid such as soluble or chemical mixtures (semisynthetic, synthetic) but can be pressurized air or other gas. Because of water’s ability to absorb great quantities of heat, it is widely used as a coolant and vehicle for various cutting compounds, with the water-to-compound ratio varying with the machining task.
