Software developer High QA establishes European headquarters

High QA Inc., the developer of Inspection Manager quality management software, has established a headquarters operation in Sevenum, Netherlands, to directly serve its customers on the European continent. High QA Europe is headed by its European Sales Director Hans Derks. Netherlands native Derks is a 30-plus year veteran of the manufacturing software industry. He followed training in manufacturing engineering and information technology with work in CAD/CAM software applications for manufacturing. He more recently provided training, support, development, and sales duties for various software suppliers in the Netherlands and Benelux region, focusing on Quality 4.0 and “smart factory” solutions.

Derks said, “What I like most about this position with High QA is the opportunity to understand a customer’s business and help them to discover the many beneficial intricacies of our products. It’s a professional joy of mine to do this kind of work. I also speak several European languages, which makes it easier to interface with our customers and prospects. The position covers the whole of Europe, providing local and direct interaction with businesses across the industry spectrum. I’m excited!”

High QA Europe concentrates on providing quick, local response to customers and prospective customers across Europe, including installation, training and support for High QA’s flagship Inspection Manager software, as well as the company’s growing selection of related software products, including supply chain management. Derks is  managing and building distribution partnerships with providers in Italy, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Germany and beyond.

The Inspection Manager software is a comprehensive quality management solution (QMS) that enables companies of any size to automate and eliminate interpretation of their entire internal and external (supply chain) manufacturing and quality processes. Its compelling features include one-click architecture to automatically extract GD&T requirements from 2D drawings and 3D models, digitizing the prints with automatic ballooning, creating inspection plan reports, and storing the information and measurement tools in a centralized database. Significant time savings result from automating what used to be manual tasks, such as marking 2D part prints to extract GD&T quality parameters. The centralized database enables users to aggregate inspection information data and make decisions from one integrated source.

“High QA Europe continues our company’s drive to expand its ability to serve customers globally on an immediate basis. It’s another example of our commitment to providing a high level of professional services that our customers have come to know, to rely upon, and to expect from us,” said Sam Golan, High QA’s CEO and founder.
