Tool Coating

This Grieve walk-in oven features 6” insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior and interior, 2” thick insulated flooring with built-in oven truck wheel guide tracks and motorized dampers on the intake and exhaust for accelerated cooling of the oven chamber.  The oven was sectioned into four pieces for shipping convenience.  

The Grieve top-loading oven features 6” insulated walls, 16-gauge aluminized steel interior and a bottom reinforced for 800 lb. capacity. Additional features include a heat chamber mounted below the workspace and a pneumatic “L” shaped door.

This Grieve shelf oven features 6” insulated walls, integrally welded construction, channel shelf supports and nickel-plated wire shelves. Additional features include 304 stainless steel interior and Trilite Green enamel painted aluminized steel exterior.

Dragonskin is formulated with a combination of state-of-the-art high-performance substrates and the latest coating structures to achieve an extremely hard and durable satin finish. CERATIZIT tooling coated with Dragonskin enables maximum tool life, cutting speeds, and process reliability.

This Grieve inert atmosphere oven features 12” insulated walls, all interior seams welded gas-tight, an air jacket on the inner oven for cooling, 16” high integral oven stand, 16-gauge 304 stainless steel interior and enamel-painted aluminized steel exterior.  The oven is reinforced for 2000 lb. loads, allowing the customer’s part rack to sit on the oven work space floor.  

In clamping tests, Carbinite has been shown to nearly double the gripping strength at equal clamping force.  Customers report increased grip and longer tool life.  Utilizing a process called Electro Spark Deposition (ESD), Carbinite can be added to hard or soft jaws after they are milled to customer requirements.  The wear resistant carbide alloys display exceptional bond strength without annealing or distortion. 

This Grieve truck oven has 6” insulated walls, an aluminized steel interior and aluminized steel exterior with enael finish. Features include a purge timer, two-position dampers on fresh air inlet and exhaust outlet and a 1200 lb. capacity stainless steel loading truck. Additional features include a 325 CFM powered forced exhauster with an airflow safety switch. The oven includes all safety equipment required by NFPA Standard 86, IRI, FM and OSHA.

The system allows a high coating speed. The coating medium can also be changed in a very short time, thanks to the system’s automated cleaning process for all system components carrying operating supplies.
