CoroMill MR80

The CoroMill MR80 assortment offers cylindrical and arbor cutter bodies, with diameters from 32 to 100 mm, 3 to 12 cutting teeth and even pitch and shim protection. All cutter bodies feature internal coolant supply. The double-sided E-L50 inserts offer true and easy indexing (6 + 6), with a 3 mm recommended depth of cut.

Solid Carbide Milling Cutter

Due to their geometry and good chip breaking, the milling tools are suitable for machining numerous other materials. Due to the precise combination of the substrate, the macro and micro geometry as well as the IG3 coating, the milling system exhibits high performance and long tool life. The coating in particular offers high temperature resistance for machining steels alloyed with chromium, nickel and molybdenum.

NUMroto X

NUMroto X breaks new ground in the definition and organization of probing cycles. These can now be recorded in sequences, analogous to grinding operations. In this way, the various probing processes can be clearly displayed and set up by the user. Any number of sequences can be created for the same tool, containing grinding operations, probing and dressing cycles, or both. With the ability to execute other sequences from within sequences, they can be combined in any way, allowing complex manufacturing sequences to be configured while remaining clearly displayed.

Profilator 300-V

All Profilator machines are designed for dry machining. This brings several advantages such as: an optimized machining area, no coolant and no coolant mist.  The inverted, vertical spindle(s) allow free chip fall into the central chip conveyor at the bottom, while no coolant means no washing of the workpiece is required and the lack of coolant mist signifies an extraction system isn’t needed.

These inserts have 4 types of cutting geometries for machining different materials under diverse cutting conditions: T - Steel, ferritic and martensitic stainless steel, cast iron and hardened steel. HP - Austenitic stainless steel and high temperature alloys. RM-T - Interrupted cut for machining near straight wall shoulders of steel, ferritic and martensitic stainless steel, cast iron, and hardened steel. RM-HP - Interrupted cut for machining near straight wall shoulders of austenitic stainless steel and high temperature alloys. 

Dove IQ MILL 845

High positive cutter pocket inclination. Rigid clamping due to dovetail pocket design secured by clamping screws. Coarse and fine pitch cutter configurations. Coolant holes directed to every insert on the cutters. Precise double-sided square insert. Eight cutting edges – each edge comprises a reinforced edge and a wiper flat for a high quality machined surface.
