The forks’ anodised coating adds protection against corrosion, and the black finish is ideal for installation in optically sensitive environments. The bevel gear box GN 3971 is available in seven sizes with housing lengths between 1.26 and 2.36 in (32 and 60 mm) and widths between 0.71 and 1.38 in (18 and 35 mm). The gear ratio between the gear box shafts is always 1. Thanks to small center distances, the worm gear reducer GN 3975 measures only 2.36 in (60 mm) on the sides and only 1.38 in (35 mm) in width. An internal hardened steel screw moves a worm gear made of special brass.

The link between the physical gearbox and the digital world is established via a data matrix code (DMC), a 2D code on the gearbox nameplate. This can be scanned via smartphone or tablet, for example. Alternatively, access is possible via a web portal on the Neugart homepage (www.neugart.com).

WDS’ clevis fork brackets enable ISO 6432 actuators to connect and drive a host of machinery or devices. Available in 6 mm and 8 mm bracket pin sizes, three connection styles are available. The detent pull pin features a spring-loaded ball that secures the fastener, providing a high level of security, while the quick release pin enables easy fastening and removal.

The aluminium collars are much easier to machine compared to steel. The V-TYPE lever's fixing flanges are engineered to be identical to those of traditional models, ensuring that new housings with the V-TYPE can replace the old version without affecting interchangeability or requiring changes to dimensions, flanges, or mounting positions. The V-TYPE lever is offered in both bulkhead and surface-mounted configurations, with a single lever available for size 44.27 and double levers available for sizes 57.27, 77.27, and 104.27.
