ROS drivers are the latest addition to its H-811 high performance hexapod 6-axis miniature robot, allowing fast, seamless integration into a ROS environment, with comfortable control using their well-known mechanisms. With an included URDF model in the driver package, the H-811.i2 hexapod can also be simulated and visualized.

The ELM72xx modules’ metal housings provide optimum heat dissipation even at high output power as well as optimal shielding against electrical interference. The new servo terminals can connect directly to other EtherCAT Terminals as an integrated component of the Beckhoff I/O system. The comprehensive functionality includes the direct connection of the motor, feedback and brake via the convenient connector front end, an integrated absolute value interface and One Cable Technology (OCT). 

Available for 9” and 10” diameter wheels, the machine CNC dresses precision contours in vitrified grinding wheels. The shape can be transferred from a CAD drawing into G-code which the DM-9CNC can read to form the wheel. Alternatively, for simpler geometry, the operator can enter the dress profile in a tabulated form on the 15” touch screen HMI. A diamond plated dress roller is powered by a high-speed brushless servo motor offering high torque and closed-loop velocity control up to 10,000 RPM. 

The F-800 series is available in various capacities from 2 to 64 GB and is characterized by low power consumption and low heat generation. Sophisticated firmware functions for active and passive data maintenance and the protection against data loss in the event of power failure ensure reliable data retention. Through the provision of detailed lifetime information, long maintenance cycles can be easily scheduled. F-800 is specified for an operating temperature range from -40 to +85 °C.

The xsTECH is small but features big capabilities for cutting plastics, wood, and aluminum. An ideal starter CNC system for students learning CNC fundamentals, the xsTECH comes ready to run and requires no assembly.  It plugs into a standard 120V wall outlet and for those outside of the US, a 230V version is available.

The core of the cleaning system is a wear-free, two-component ring nozzle through which the non-flammable and non-toxic carbon dioxide is fed. On exiting the nozzle, the carbon dioxide expands to form fine CO2 snow, which is then bundled by a separate jacketed jet of compressed air and accelerated to supersonic speed.

WBH20 is a grade well suited for ISO-H Group of material such as for hard turning applications. WBS10 is well suited for ISO-S materials, specifically nickel-based (such as Inconel), iron-based (such as Udimet) or cobalt-based (such as Hayens).

Together, with an intuitive interface, these features support users from different fields of expertise in making quick and reliable decisions.

As part of the well-known MCS10 series, this latest version features capacities double the size of the previous version, making it suitable for nominal loads of 40 kN for Fx/Fy, 200 kN for Fz, 3.5 kNm for Mx/My and 3.0 kNm for Mz. The sensor also offers high accuracy, IP67 protection, low crosstalk, compensation matrixes, TEDS and a wide temperature range.

The launch of the new DX4 servo drive and MX servo motor series expands Trio’s machine solution and now makes it faster and easier for OEMs to utilize the high performance motion control available from Trio’s range of Motion Coordinators. The DX4 servo drive has plug-and-play compatibility with Trio’s controllers and slice I/O systems, all programmed within a single software, Motion Perfect 5. This increases the speed of application development and commissioning for OEMs in industries including packaging, medical, metal, CNC, robotics and 3C. The DX4 servo drive operates at 200V AC and power extends from 50W to 3kW.

With the new S-250(u) and C-350 cards, Swissbit has extended the long-term availability of its robust and durable storage media to a total of almost 20 years. While NAND flash products usually have a short availability due to relatively rapid innovation cycles, Swissbit meets the critical requirements of industrial embedded systems with long life cycles through these special products. The S-250-SD and S-250u-microSD memory cards are SLC-based memory products that comply with the SD standard and support the SPI mode.

The TiM240 is the first variant in the TiM2xx series and has an enclosure rating of IP65 for indoor use. The TiM240 scans a 240° area up to 10m away at speeds up to 15 times per second. This allows the user to cover a relatively large space (200m2) with one scanner and to quickly transmit any measurement changes to the controller via Ethernet. The tried-and-proven HDDM+ technology guarantees the stable and reliable output of measurement data. The low power consumption of 2.9 watts becomes a particular advantage when used in battery-operated vehicles.

The GEMVM system measures acceleration in up to three axes (depending upon sensor type) with a measuring frequency of up to 5.6kHz and a sampling rate of 25kHz. It has eight definable and selectable operating modes with five freely activatable static alarms. Any events that violate the predefined hard stop limits are logged in the event memory with relevant information for later analysis.

GC4415 and GC4425 are ideal for manufacturers operating in mass and batch production setups machining low-alloyed (P 2.1 to 2.6) and unalloyed (P 1.1 to 1.5) steels, respectively. Grade GC4425 has been shown to outperform competing inserts in a majority of steel turning applications. It features improved wear, heat resistance and toughness, which significantly expands the application range. Both it and GC4415 can be used from finishing to roughing in applications with continuous cuts and light interruptions.

PI’s closed-loop piezo system handles the motion part in the TERA-print TERA-Fab™ E series platform. The piezo XYZ stage precisely moves the substrate under the beam pen array between light exposures and enables rapid reconstruction of an arbitrary, high-resolution pattern - up to 100,000s of sub-250nm pixels at a time. The nanopositioning mechanism is actuated by special multilayer piezo stacks whose ceramic encapsulation provides protection against humidity and moisture, important in bio-chemical applications.

XM-60 has become the market leading solution for direct measurement of all six degrees of freedom (linear, vertical and horizontal straightness, pitch, yaw and roll) on any form of linear axis. With the addition of the new XM-60 long range measurement functionality in CARTO 4.2, unlimited measurement range is now possible for the first time.

Additionally, the product supports common robotic interfaces and palletizing systems to support factory automation.

The clever design features 5 rows of clamping with 12 “fingers” on each row that flex and conform to part dimensional variations as well. One toggle lever clamps all five bands and draws them down securely for the dot peen marking operation. Custom configurations and pneumatic powered designs are also available.
