Standard thread limit gages

January 01, 2011

OSG Tap & Die Inc. offers a series of standard thread limit gages for inspecting the pitch diameter and functional thread for internally threaded products. They are available in inch and metric sizes. The GO gages should be screwed in and passed through by hand without difficulty. The NO-GO gages should not be screwed in by more than two revolutions. The gages reportedly provide superior accuracy and maximum wear resistance.
