Neugart Calculation Program (NCP) 4.3

Newly designed details in NCP version 4.3 offer even greater convenience when using the program. New or occasional users in particular benefit from the intuitive usability and will find design examples for each application with detailed descriptions. Handling of projects is facilitated, since the appropriate application and calculations already performed can simply be retrieved directly. By dragging files into the program, the user can easily open files and add designs.

SIMATIC WinCC Unified V18

The SIMATIC HMI product portfolio is the option to expand device functionality with apps. Previously, HMI panels were used exclusively for visualization software. Thanks to the integration of Siemens Industrial Edge, users can now run other programs simultaneously alongside this standard device functionality. Project-specific requirements can thus be implemented quickly and easily. 

SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC

The virtual PLC software can be easily downloaded and integrated directly into an IT environment. This ease-of-use gives operators the possibility of decoupling hardware and software requirements completely. The software will run on computers with Industrial Edge Run Time in the factory while the hardware remains directly on the shopfloor.

Locera Software

The cloud-native software analyzes and visualizes dynamic data, processes events, and can be addressed directly from local MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems via API or webhooks.  The intelligence acquired based upon position data provides the user with a comprehensive overview of asset tracking, material flow, order information or possible problem areas.

Swissbit Device Manager (SBDM)

The Swissbit Device Manager is the systematic further development of the successful Swissbit Lifetime Monitoring Tool, whose feature set and ease of use have now been expanded even further. All the benefits of a complete monitoring and system tool are provided by the SBDM. This includes both the standard S.M.A.R.T. parameters (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) as well as the utilization of the individual flash blocks. Important telemetry data, general device information like serial number or firmware version, utilization statistics like NAND flash erase cycles, and ECC/CRC counters are all visualized using SBDM. The history of all these values is recorded for each memory device.

Robotmaster 2024
