The system recorder eliminates the ambiguity in diagnosing issues by recording all changes in their programming code for several minutes before and after an event takes place. Users can review the changes that took place in their code leading up to and after the event. In addition, the system recorder allows users to record the data visually, in video format, directly to the module to note environmental conditions that the code cannot see.

The TD 110 tool breakage sensor can be placed in the work envelope so that it is fast and easy to reach during the tool change. The inductive sensor can detect tools as they pass by while they are spinning at their operational speed.  Thanks to its rapid scanning technology, even very small tools made of HSS steel and carbide are detected.

Using Remote Access, rather than waiting hours or days for a technician to arrive on site and diagnose problems that must be fixed, authorized users and third-party vendors can monitor machines remotely and access that data in a fraction of the time, enabling them to quickly respond with a technician or spare parts. Should a problem arise, machiNetCloud automatically alerts third-party technicians and internal users by email and SMS, helping reduce downtime and save on maintenance costs.

The system comprises an ultra-compact RMI-QE radio interface with an updated communication protocol, as well as major updates to the complete range of market-leading radio transmission probes. This AMO speed sensor includes a USB interface which allows the operating status of the spindle to output to the machine control.  This enables the user to record rotational speed, operating time, temperature and more.
