VLC 100 G vertical grinding center

EMAG LLC's VLC 100 G vertical grinding center is for chucked components up to 100mm in diameter. The machine can use its onboard pickup system to load itself, and while one part is being machined, the operator or automation system is putting workpieces on the conveyor belt. This reduces idle time and increases output, according to the company. The vertical design ensures grinding sludge falls to the bottom of the machine unhindered, where it is removed from the machine.
