A new family of tools and economical 5 pocket adapters for existing TANG-GRIP inserts in sizes of 2 and 3mm. These new adapters will allow parting applications of bar diameters up to Ø45mm. A new SLIM-GRIP 1.2-1.6mm inserts for a pentagonal adapter suitable for parting up to 22mm bar diameter.

The AKD2G 24A servo drive provides configurable options including safety level, I/O, feedback, and fieldbus. It supports a secondary brake through a standard X4 connector and allows for faster Smart Feedback Adapter (SFA) wiring with a standard X5 connector.

These lightweight yet quality plastic parts provide a high-end solution with defined load capacities. Depending on the tightening torque of the screw connections, JW Winco lists the axial extraction force, the radial torsional moment, and the rotation moment if an articulated axis is present. The connectors are designed to fully encompass typical construction tubes to create a nonpositive clamping connection.

The durable construction of both L-Series models consists of a long, thin, and rigid stainless-steel tube body. The tube features a lens on one end and a light source (sold separately) on the other. The tube further contains an optical fiber bundle that transmits light from an external light source, thereby illuminating the area under inspection. The image is then transmitted by the fiberscope lens to an eyepiece or camera for remote viewing and diagnostics.

XPlanar now provides greater traceability through ID technology integrated into the mover bumper. The ID functionality enables unique identification of XPlanar movers by reading the mover’s individual serial number. The ID bumper is easy to mount or retrofit on movers already in the field, and it requires no additional hardware. This solution makes it possible to seamlessly track movers and the products they carry – even after system shutdown and restart. The bumper ID also eliminates the need for homing at system startup with appropriate programming.

With the 4017A, Kistler is taking pressure measurement technology to the next level: the miniature absolute PR pressure sensor has a mounting size of only M5x0.5 and was specifically designed for maximum robustness and accuracy. Its oil-filled measuring cell is media-isolated by a stainless-steel diaphragm and delivers a very high level of media compatibility for both gaseous and liquid media.
