This Fixtureworks video highlights the innovative Modular Pull Clamping System, a simple clamping system that allows 5-axis machining without tool interference. The innovative pull clamps can be used as a mechanical zero-point clamping system for quick fixture change with locating repeatability of 5 microns. The pins and screws can be attached to the underside of a plate or workpiece for a standardized locating base on the position of the clamps. Compact in size and completely modular, the Modular Pull Clamping System increases efficiency in a variety of clamping applications and allows for easy height adjustment by coupling the clamping modules.
