J.W. Winco Inc. offers GN 300.5 threaded stud-type stainless steel adjustable levers, in inch and metric sizes. These RoHS-compliant adjustable hand levers are the result of modern industrial design. Their all-stainless steel construction makes them suitable for applications in the food processing and chemical industries.
The levers have a sand blasted satin finish and are offered in two types, Type IS with screw with internal hexagon, or Type AS with screw with external hexagon. The Type AS version complies with the sanitary requirement of preventing dammed-up fluid.
These adjustable levers have proven to be ideal wherever parts have to be clamped in a confined space or in a particular lever position. The insert is connected to the lever via serrations that can easily be disengaged. Pulling the lever upwards disengages the serrations allowing it to be swiveled to the ideal clamping position. When releasing the lever, the serrations automatically re-engage.
