J.W. Winco Inc. offers GN 129.2 steel and stainless steel hinges in metric sizes.
These RoHS-compliant hinges are used for doors that are flush with the frame on the outside. Once assembled, they cannot be unhinged. Being mounted from the inside, they are especially suitable for doors and trap doors that must not be detachable from the outside as an anti-tamper device.
Hinges are available in steel, with a zinc-plated, blue passivated finish, European Standard No. 1.4305 stainless steel (American Standard Series 303), or European standard 1.4408 stainless steel (American Standard Series 316). The steel version has a brass, nickel-plated hinge pin and hinge washer; steel hex nut and serrated washer are zinc-plated, with a blue passivated finish. Both stainless steel versions have all stainless steel parts.
