Flex-Hone tools

Brush Research Manufacturing Co. Inc.'s Flex-Hone tools blend and radius sharp edges and remove microburrs on chamfered holes. The tools polish and radius the outer corners, inner corners and hole. They can pass through thin web sections and polish the chamfer on the back as well. Available in a variety of grit sizes and abrasive types, the tools are suitable for finishing titanium, Inconel and stainless steel alloys.
