Robotics Results: Increasing productivity 65%

The Robotics Results column in the February 2022 issue of Cutting Tool Engineering magazine demonstrates how ROI is guaranteed with robotic automation, and enables industry professionals to visualize their ROI through off-the-clock operations. As an example, Fusion | RoboJob-USA Founder and President Craig Zoberis cites a standard high-mix, low-volume machine shop. With eight hours of production time per day for 250 days a year, machine output results in 2,000 hours of annual production. Adding just four more hours of production per day results in an extra thousand hours of yearly production. Watch the Robotics Results video supplement for more details and a demonstration of the robotic solution implemented.
