PG Inspection Technologies acquires assets of company

PG Inspection Technologies has acquired the assets of Laser Measuring Technologies, manufacturer of the Accu-Tool and Accu-Edge inspection systems.

The Accu-Tool/Edge systems will be discontinued. Replacement parts will be available through PG Inspection Technologies, said Max Mueller, president of PG Inspection Technologies.

PG Inspection, the Waukesha, Wis.-based company, has manufactured, sold, and serviced the PG1000 inspection system since 1995. The PG1000 is an optical cutting tool inspection system that can quickly take more than 50 different advanced geometry measurements in a matter of seconds.
