Dialight announced the launch of its new 594 Prism surface-mount indicator. The smallest right-angle indicator in its class, the 4.5mm x 3mm x 4mm 594 Prism features Dialight’s proprietary single-level design for through-hole applications in high-density boards and board-edge mounting in network interface cards, networking hardware, wireless components, electronic testing and measuring equipment.

To meet the needs of manufacturers of small servo motors and actuators, Heidenhain introduces an expansion of its small-diameter 1000 and 1100 series rotary encoders with added versions now available with Siemens DRIVE-CLiQ. Models ECN/EQN 1000S, ROC/ROQ 1000S and ECN/EQN 1100S rotary encoders with integrated DRIVE-CLiQ interface feature a compact design with 35mm diameter, while permitting a high operating temperature of 95° C.

EXAIR’s new Gen4 two outlet selectable voltage power supply allows you to choose input voltages of 115VAC or 230VAC. Two 5kV stainless steel output connectors can energize two static eliminators.

Single Phase Power Solutions introduces the 50-hp 1-to-3 Microgrid Power Source featuring a patented BELLE motor with Written-Pole technology to deliver three-phase power from single-phase utility service. The 50-hp 1-to-3 can be used to operate a 25-hp motor three-phase motor, and multiple other motors up the remaining 25 hp of capacity.

The A-351 gantry motion system is related to the A-341 hybrid air bearing gantry. Driven by linear motors and guided by precision mechanical linear bearings, the system provides high speed and accuracy, at a lower price compared to its air bearings-based brother. Advanced absolute linear encoders increase accuracy and reduce start-up time by rendering homing procedures unnecessary.

Dialight launched its new SafeSite Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) linear form factor for the APAC and EMEA markets. This LED fitting includes IECEx/ATEX Zone 2, 21 and 22 certification for hazardous applications, including upstream and downstream oil and gas, petrochemical, mining and heavy manufacturing applications.

In addition to their popular air bearing planar XY stages, a series of integrated XY stages with mechanical bearings is offered by global leader in precision motion systems, PI (Physik Instrumente). These integrated XY stages, engineered for higher loads, are available with 3-phase linear direct-drive motors for higher speed and ballscrews for higher push/pull forces, respectively.

ETEL, a direct drive motor manufacturer of the Heidenhain Group, now offers updated ironless linear motors optimized for electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. Called the IL+ product lines, these motors are offered in the same profile as ETEL’s previously established ironless linear motors but now specially re-designed to allow for increased performance to benefit these two industries.
