The parallel arm tapping systems from Palmgren make tapping easy whether you are tapping small, medium, or large size holes. The Shop Tap pneumatic machine is a medium duty general purpose tapping machine. It provides variable mounting capabilities and has two different motor choices and a working area reach of 62 inches. It features a stationary bench, quick change tooling adapter and a vertical motor bracket. The parallel tapping machine generates savings through improved operator utilization, reduced set up time, reduced material handling and improved material flow while delivering the highest quality tapped treads over and over.
Shop Tap has a 400-rpm high torque reversible air motor. Optional tap holders are available with this model.
