Nanofiltration Membrane Systems

March 01, 2011

Sanborn Technologies has introduced a line of NF (Nanofiltration) membrane systems for recycling the rinse water from dye penetrant inspection stations. The NF systems are completely automated for ease of use and simple maintenance. A system can be installed in small inspection areas and requires less than 40 sq ft. of floor space. Designs range from 500 to 2,000 gallons per day.

Advanced membrane materials and economical system design allow Sanborn's line of NF systems to be suitable for reprocessing the rinse water from inspection applications using fluorescent dyes. As companies struggle to control water usage, in-process recycling provides the benefits of water conservation and reduced disposal volumes.
