Mastercam to acquire reseller, Cimquest

Sandvik has signed an agreement to acquire the American company, Cimquest, which will be part of Mastercam. Cimquest is a Mastercam Reseller located in New Jersey.

“The addition of Cimquest continues Mastercam’s ongoing investment into our Channel,” said Mastercam chief market officer, Sandy Moffat. “This signing of agreement to acquire Cimquest ensures Mastercam’s ecosystem of solutions remains connected to our customer base for years to come.”

The signing of an agreement to acquire Cimquest adds talent, technology, and diversity to Mastercam’s ecosystem of solutions. Cimquest’s solutions and support are recognized as best-in-class in their region and will continue to be available. With the addition of Cimquest, Mastercam continues to ensure our solutions remain connected to our customer base.

Rob Hassold, owner of Cimquest, said, “We are very excited to sign this agreement of acquisition with Mastercam and Sandvik. Joining the Mastercam team will enable us to continue to focus on what we do best: serve our customers.”

Mastercam has no plans to change relationships with any external vendors, customers, or Resellers as a result of this signing of an agreement to acquire.
